Officially listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in December 2019, we are the first Real Estate Investment Trust to be successfully listed in Hong Kong since 2014 and the first REIT to be managed by a state-owned corporation of People's Republic of China.

China Merchants Commercial REIT has a property portfolio of five high-quality commercial properties located in the Shekou Industrial Zone of Shenzhen, in the Greater Bay Area of China, comprising a Grade-A office tower, three office complexes in a technology park and a suburban shopping mall. All our properties enjoy convenient access to public transportation networks and parking facilities. As of 31 December 2020, the combined gross rentable area of our properties was 248,928 sq. m.
